Welcome to the Pre-Made Paleo Unboxing Experience! Have you just placed an order and want to know how you will receive your food? Look no further! We will talk you through step-by-step as to what you should expect when you receive your package in the mail.

Order your chef inspired meals from premadepaleo.com and we will ship them to your doorstep.

Once you have received you have received your package, safely cut the tape strips and open the box.

When you open the package you will see one of our new and beautiful Pre-Made Paleo folders. This has all of the information and documentation you will need for your order including your invoice, menus, and reheating instructions.

Open your cooler. You will either receive our traditional coolers or the new Jute Coolers that we are transitioning to for use. Our new coolers are made from fibers of the Jute plant as a recycled material from burlap sacks for coffee beans. These coolers are 100% biodegradable and much better for the environment!

Now the part that you have been waiting for since your order! Inside your cooler are your delicious meals that will be frozen upon arrival. Keep frozen or refrigerated and enjoy your meals!
