In an effort to keep up with demand of a lower carb and even a ketogenic lifestyle, your chefs have crafted select menus as well as bundled plans that inherently remain low in carbs and are a lower carb and more keto-friendly offering than our standard Whole30 approved meals.
Your chefs are even concentrating on added fats and lower carb seasoning/sauces for your proteins with these plans, however, we wish to point out that these are not necessarily a "complete" meal for an individual trying to achieve ketosis. Oftentimes, added fats such as your preferred dressing, oils, or even an avocado are suggested. Many of our guests may only use 2.5 to 3 oz. of the protein along with a 6 oz. side dish and then add desired fat as needed.

- When a bundled Plan (5 or 10 Days) is chosen, your Chefs will select the menu(s) to be shipped to you. All meals are frozen from fresh by your chefs.
- Meals often arrive frozen and may be kept frozen for 6 months is needed. Simply pull out your meals and leave them in the refrigerator a day or two before you plan to eat them. *Oftentimes up to 5 Days of meals may arrive having begun to thaw but at or below refrigeration temperatures.
- Once brought down to refrigeration temperature, meals should be used within a week for best quality.
- All meals ordered will arrive in a single shipment.
THE DETAILS: HOW OUR MEALS ARE STRUCTURED + CUSTOMIZING
- Main entrée proteins are 5 oz. portions (Regular) and all entrées are paired with a 6 oz. organic vegetable side. All standard plans use Organic skinless/boneless thigh meat Chicken, Grass-fed/finished Beef, Heritage raised Pork, Free-range Turkey and Organic Vegetables, all cooked to perfection by your chefs.
- Breakfasts are a variety of Keto-friendly Breakfast skillets including Chicken, Turkey and Pork and each breakfast includes 3 oz. of protein and 3 oz. of organic vegetables.
- Snacks consist of our wholesome and delicious Almond Butters
- We do not tell you which meals you have to eat on any given day. The power of choice is all yours!
- We will typically Not provide 'suggested pairings' for main entrées with these Low Carb/Keto plans, however you may interchange individual proteins and seasonal organic low carb vegetables as you wish.
- Complete meals such as soups, stews or chilis will be a compose meal and the protein and vegetables will already be together in the same package.
- IF YOU WISH TO CHOOSE Your Meals, you may simply build your own plan by selecting meal quantites needed, selecting from specific menus as desired. When you choose the bundles plans with incentive pricing, these meals are always selected by your chefs.
- NO SUBSTITUTIONS. While we can often accommodate the request to eliminate Pork (this actually has an option in the drop downs), as well as beef, we are unable to accommodate the exclusion of inert ingredients. Any request to exclude due to sensitivity, allergy or just dislike will result in a 10% Substitution surcharge prior to fulfillment, and your order could experience delays in shipping.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO NOTE:
- **Consider adding additional nutrition at home (fats, in particular) to supplement your True Fare menu. Healthy cooking fats like avocado oil and olive oil and other added fats such as your favorite avocado or olive oil dressing, whole avocados, nuts or other compliant snacks can help meet your daily nutrition goals. For many, added fats required come from cheeses and other dairy products that we do not provide in our offerings.
- **Please always seek the direction of a qualified nutritionist prior to any dietary changes.
