Fresh meal orders must be received by Sunday night for same week shipping.
All Fresh Meals will ship on Wednesday and be shipped via UPS Standard shipping to all 1-2 day transit regions, and via FedEx Express 1 or 2-Day Air to all 3-5 day transit regions. Deliveries to California, for example, would require Express shipping at checkout. (For clarification, if you are north of New York City within NY state, express shipping must be selected at checkout.)
All Fresh Meal orders must be placed in a Separate order.
Fresh Meals are shipped with high quality gel packs and having never been frozen, these may not be shipped along with our Standard Meals (that are Frozen from Fresh) as those meals are shipped with dry-ice to maintain a frozen temperature. This would instantly freeze your Fresh Meals. If you are ordering Fresh Meals, this would not be your preference. This being stated, ALL Fresh Meal orders must be placed in a separate order. While there are options to add a few Breakfast items or Snacks to your Fresh meals for the week, any order containing both Fresh Meals along with a standard Lunch/Dinner menu will experience delays in processing as our Customer Care team reaches out to you.
