True Fare’s story begins with Chef Richard, a classically-trained chef and Paleo meal delivery pioneer with a talent for healthy, tasty recipes. Chef Richard began delivering his nutrient-dense meals to doorsteps throughout the greater Atlanta area when he saw just how needed a fresh, healthy meal service was. Since those early years and into its first iteration as Pre-Made Paleo, Chef Richard expanded his offerings to include meals that are not just Paleo but compliant with Whole30®, Ketogenic, and AIP lifestyles

Our team is constantly innovating with new menus, new meals, and new ways to add flavor and variety to your diet. We believe that you shouldn’t have to sacrifice nutrition for flavor or health for time.

CHEF RICHARD BRADFORD

Executive Chef & Owner
Chef Richard is our fearless team captain and CEO of our parent company, RSB Foods. He is a #1 New York Times Best Selling Author from his recipe contribution in The Whole30: The 30-Day Guide to Total Health and Food Freedom and a pioneer in Paleo meal delivery.

After graduating with a degree in Finance, Richard was accepted into the prestigious Culinary Institute of America to become a classically trained Chef and pursue his passion for food. When Richard isn’t working, he travels the country, seeking new culinary experiences from peers and mentors who share his holistic beliefs about food. Richard takes a hands-on approach to our sourcing and partnerships, visiting the certified organic farmers, local farmers with organic practices and ranchers who raise our True Fare ingredients.

Outside of the True Fare kitchen, Richard loves spending time with his wife and two beautiful children. He spends as much time as he can crafting the family recipes that inspire True Fare’s meals. Richard is inspired by the beauty of nature around his hometown of Atlanta, whether hiking with his dogs, taking a long bike ride, hunting or fishing.
