This meal plan includes our superior fillets of wild-caught fish and other seafood formatted into an all-inclusive 10-meal option!

Fish proteins are approximately 5 oz. - 6 oz. each and are not pre-cooked. (Scallops and Shrimp are 5 oz.) 

We will provide step-by-step cooking/baking instructions on how to prepare your fish to perfection!  Each entrée is accompanied by a fully prepared and ready-to-reheat 6 oz. seasonal Organic Vegetable side dish. (Low Carb/Keto friendly Vegetables option also available.)
