Our AIP meal plans are fully compliant with the elimination phase of the Autoimmune Protocol and never contain nightshades, nuts, seeds, seed-based spices or eggs. Like all our meals, they are also Whole30 approved®! 

  • Select our 5, 10 or 20-day meal plans, which include breakfast, lunch, and dinners, to simplify your Autoimmune-friendly diet. Add Individual AIP Lunch or Dinner Meal selections to round out your menu. 
  • Consider adding additional healthy fats like olive or avocado oil, a green salad, or avocado to your meal plans to make sure you're meeting your daily caloric needs. You may also select our "Warrior" option to increase protein portions to 8 oz.
  • NO SUBSTITUTIONS or EXCLUSIONS. Please always seek the direction of a qualified nutritionist prior to any change in diet.
