1 tbsp. cooking fat (bacon, olive oil, coconut oil)
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup coconut milk
2 tbsp. ghee or clarified butter

Beef:
3/4-1 lb beef tenderloin
S&P to taste
Asparagus:
1/2 bunch asparagus, ends cut
