#HOWICOOK Recipe - Walnut Crusted Chicken
Walnut Crusted Chicken Breast
4 chicken breast
1 tbsp. ground mustard
1/2 tbsp. paprika
1/2 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 cup walnuts, finely chopped
Preheat oven to 350 degrees for convection oven, otherwise 375. Pat dry chicken breast.
Blend all ingredients from mustard to walnuts. Evenly coat chicken on all sides.
Roast on a foil-lined baking sheet for 15 minutes. Cooking times may vary depending on your oven and the size of your chicken breast. Use your meat thermometer and roast to 160 degrees.
