Recipe: Grilled Curry Chicken

Grilled Curry Chicken

1 lb chicken (breast or thighs)
1 Tbsp yellow curry powder (whole30 approved)
1 green onion (thinly slice)

Step #1

Clean the chicken and lightly season with curry powder.

Step #2

Place chicken on the grill over direct heat. For breast meat cook 5-6 minutes per side or 3-4 minutes on each side if you are grilling chicken thighs. Remove chicken once it has reached an internal temperature of 160 degrees. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes. The internal heat will rise to 165 degrees while resting which is the safe and recommended temperature for cooked chicken.

Step #3

Garnish with thinly sliced green onions and enjoy!
