Garlic Brussel Sprouts

PREP TIME: 5 Minutes
COOK TIME: 3-5 Minutes
TOTAL TIME: 8-10 Minutes
INGREDIENTS:
1 Pound Brussel Sprouts
1 Medium Sized Shallot (Minced)
3 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
1 Tablespoon Clarified Butter
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Pepper
2 Tablespoons White Balsamic Vinegar
DIRECTIONS:
STEP #1
PREPARE brussel sprouts by cutting the end and cutting them in half lengthwise.
STEP #2
HEAT 1 tablespoon of clarified butter to the pan and then add the garlic and shallot once the butter has melted. Saute for 2 minutes. Add brussel sprouts. Season with salt and pepper to taste and then saute over medium-high heat until heated, shaking the pan occasionally to flip the sprouts. This should take about 3-5 minutes.
STEP #3
ADD 2 tablespoons of white balsamic and stir to evenly coat the vegetables.
